I ordered this for my sister and so far the product seems good. The serum is easy to apply and overall the quality feels fine. I appreciate that all ingredients are natural and generally beneficial for hair.I compared the ingredients and effect to Laoccitane and Body Shop serums. Both of these commercial serums are full of chemical ingredients in addition to fragrance and some oils etc. The key difference is that they make the hair seem fuller, possibly because the strands of hair start repelling one another and spread out.This serum however causes hair to clump, so the hair seem sparse. Perhaps because it has oils as opposed to chemicals.My hair felt soft, fragrant and had a decent hold - kept their shape tile evening. Another benefit was that there was a shine in the hair all day. Generally seems to be a good product so far.
