Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. You’ll receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp confirmation once your order is placed, and again once it’s shipped with a tracking link.
Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly during sale periods or due to courier or weather delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000.
- Orders below ₹1,000: a flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies.
