Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, incorrect, or defective, we’ll replace it free of cost. Simply email www.botanicalbeautyproducts.com@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9506671111 within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo or video of the product and the outer package

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as described above.
